Terrible Nightmare

'Twas noon and I couldn't stand it anymore. I wanted to do my stuff to finish early but my eye lids kept on shutting down.

I took a nap, which I thought would give me a good rest but it actually ruined my day and my outlook on how I would drive my way home.

I had this worst nightmare (so far). I was like it happened right in front of me. There was no trace of dream. It look real and authentic like it was presently happening.

I was heading to my place around Makati to San Andres area. I was taking my time and just practically chillin' in my car playing some sounds I like when I suddenly stopped for some reason, which wasn't clear to me. I stepped on the break so fast that my face slightly hit the wheel. I felt the pain in my two front teeth but it wasn't broken. Of course, I got scared and I feared of losing my teeth because of that.

I even managed to pump up some gasoline afterward and then passed by Nakar Street in San Andres. It looked like San Andres to me. Maybe it didn't look exactly like San Andres but I think it was implied that I was driving my home in that area.

Gently stepping on the gas, I wasn't really in a hurry going home (like a first time for me). No car or any obstruction was in front of me but again I suddenly stopped like I hit a massive "invisible" vehicle in front of me! I saw myself facing the wheel again, hurt. The windshield was broken and the hood and bumper was really trashed by the accident. I was shaking and was in great confusion on what to do next. I couldn't even think clearly. My hands were shaking as I opened the door. I panicked until a guy in the neighborhood approached me and offered assistance. I felt my two front teeth were shaking like it was broken. Then it all fell down on my right palm. Remember how it feels to lose a tooth when you were younger? It looked like the same but the feeling and the sound of my teeth breaking into pieces caused all the worries I had. It was odd to notice that my mouth was full of peanut butter (with my teeth in it).

I check myself in the mirror and I saw my "grin" with a space right at the center; I just lost my two front teeth.

It looked so simple when you hear stories like these but it was a fearful moment for someone like me who accidentally hit a taxi at 15kph and then a few months later slept while driving hitting a jeepney in front of me. Aside from that, I slightly broke my front teeth when I was eating puto using a fork! That's the reason why I got so scared seeing that scene in my dream. I've said this a thousand times, it looked so real.

A thought crossed my mind when I saw myself in the mirror. "Nabungi ka nga ba talaga?" Then I suddenly moved my lower lip realising that it was all a very very very bad nightmare.

Of course, I panicked and I didn't know what to expect when I go home in the afternoon. Because of this, I didn't go to Elorde in QC this afternoon. I got scared... so scared to drive. ¿?
